He graduated from Polytechnic Ungku Omar, Malaysia in Mechanical Engineering. Started career as a Product Performance & Competitor’s Performance Strategist in Silverstone Malaysia. Founded ICA Equipment and Trading in 1998 specialized in industrial equipment sales, rental, parts & services. Expanding to ICA Dynamic Engineering Sdn Bhd in Stainless Steel and Metal Fabrication business in 2004 until present. Currently embarking into Industry Transformation Program and Advance Technologies in Consultancy, Advisory, and Training & Implementations, preparation of readiness towards digitalization and connectivity in Industry 4.0. Customers Reference: RHB Bank, Maybank, Sunway Group, Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN), Genting Malaysia Bhd, supporting Local and Foreign casino & gaming industry such as Genting Sentosa, Sands Casino, Vatican City Casino, Malaysia Golf Courses Industry and etc.

He is the founder and Chief Data Scientist at ICA 40 Sdn Bhd. He obtained his PhD in Production and Information Systems Engineering at the Muroran Institute of Technology, Japan. His remarkable PhD research won him 3 awards from renowned engineering societies – the Japan Society of Design Engineering and also Machine Tool Engineering Foundation. Ir. Dr. Ng Kean Eng is a Certified Lead Auditor and highly experienced Supplier Quality Manager based in Valeo Japan. His contributions include developing enormous OEM factories in Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, China, and other ASEAN countries. Currently, he is developing the Road Map for Industry 4.0 in Advanced Data Analytics & Statistic Analysis to support Malaysia Industry 4WRD.
